JD's Pro Lounge is a gaming lounge in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. This policy applies to our public website at jdsprolounge.in, customer accounts, online bookings, wallet credits, payments, support and related visits to the lounge.

JD's Pro Lounge decides why and how the customer information described in this policy is used. The website is public, and this Privacy Policy can be viewed without creating an account or signing in.

Google Sign-In is optional. Customers may choose it to create or access a JD's Pro Lounge account. Google authentication is provided through Clerk. We use Google only to authenticate the customer. We do not connect to Google Workspace or request access to content in other Google products.

When you choose Google Sign-In, Clerk requests the following standard OpenID Connect scopes on our behalf:

• openid associates the sign-in request with your Google Account so Clerk can authenticate you.
• email provides your primary Google Account email address.
• profile provides basic profile information, including your display name and profile picture.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, YouTube, advertising data, payment data, passwords or files. We cannot read, create, change or delete content in your Google Account.

We use the Google-derived name, email address and profile picture only to create and display your account, recognize you when you return, secure your sign-in, associate bookings and wallet activity with your account, and help with account, booking or payment support. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, data broking, surveillance, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Our Convex database stores a copy of your name, email address, profile picture URL and Clerk account identifiers. Our application database does not store your Google password or Google OAuth access and refresh tokens. Clerk handles the OAuth exchange and authentication session. Authorized lounge staff may see your name and email when they manage bookings, payments or customer support. If you start a Cashfree checkout, we may send your available name and email to Cashfree as customer details for that transaction.

We do not sell Google user data. We share it only as described in this policy to provide account, booking, payment and support functions, to protect the service, or when the law requires us to do so. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We collect the following information when it applies to your use:

• Account and login information. Your name, email address, profile picture, account identifiers, authentication status and phone number when you provide one.
• Google account information. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive the basic profile information described in the Google user data section above.
• Information you submit. Details you provide when making a booking, buying credits, contacting us, reporting a problem or asking staff to create or update a walk-in record.
• Bookings and visits. The station, booking date, start time, group size, credits charged, amount due, status, session details and cancellation information.
• Wallet and payment records. Your lounge-credit balance and history, top-up amount, order status, currency, receipts and payment-provider references. Cashfree collects card, UPI and banking credentials directly during checkout. We do not store your complete payment credentials.
• Technical information. Our site and providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, authentication events, error information and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

We use personal information to:

• create, authenticate, secure and maintain customer accounts;
• provide bookings, play sessions, wallet credits and payments;
• show account details, balances, bookings and transaction status;
• communicate about an account, booking, payment, service problem or request from the customer;
• diagnose errors and improve the reliability and usability of the website;
• detect fraud, misuse and unauthorized access;
• resolve complaints, refunds and transaction disputes; and
• meet accounting, tax, legal and regulatory duties.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not currently use personal information for personalized advertising.

Authorized lounge staff can access customer information when they need it to manage bookings, sessions, wallet adjustments, payments, cancellations, security or support. We also use the following service providers:

• Clerk provides account authentication, Google Sign-In and session management.
• Convex hosts our application database and live data services.
• Cashfree processes online top-ups. It receives a customer reference, transaction details and available name, email and phone information needed for checkout and payment support.
• Google Maps supplies the map on our Find Us page and may receive technical information when the map loads.
• Infrastructure, hosting, security and professional advisers receive information only when needed to operate, secure or support the business.

We may disclose information to respond to a lawful request, enforce our terms, investigate fraud, protect customers, staff or the public, or complete a business transfer. If ownership changes, we will give notice and obtain consent where required before transferring personal information. We will follow applicable legal restrictions if a provider processes personal information outside India.

Clerk stores and manages authentication information. Convex stores our customer profiles, bookings, wallets and transaction records. Cashfree stores and processes payment information under its own systems and policies. Some providers may store information in more than one country.

We use encrypted connections, authenticated requests, role-based admin access and restricted administrative tools to protect customer data. We limit payment information in our database to order and provider references. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been misused.

We keep Google-derived profile information and other account details while your JD's Pro Lounge account remains open and while the information is needed to provide account access, bookings, wallet services or support. We keep booking, wallet, payment, refund, fraud-prevention and dispute records for the period needed for accounting, tax, security and legal duties.

To request account and personal-data deletion, email jaybagga96@gmail.com, call 86687 16793 or visit the lounge at the address below. Tell us the email address used for your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request. We will remove data that is no longer needed from our active systems and ask our authentication provider to remove the linked account data. We may retain transaction or security records when the law requires it or when they are needed for an unresolved payment, fraud or legal claim.

You can also revoke the app's Google access from your Google Account connections page. Revoking access stops future Google Sign-In through that connection, but it does not by itself delete bookings, wallet records or other data already stored in your JD's Pro Lounge account. Contact us separately if you also want the account deleted.

Clerk and our website use cookies or similar browser storage needed for sign-in, authentication security and site operation. The website also stores a small session marker so it does not replay the opening animation on every page. That marker is not linked to your account.

Cashfree and Google Maps may set or read their own cookies or browser storage when you open checkout or load the map. Their privacy notices govern that use. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, erase data we no longer need, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. You may also have the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to act.

You may choose not to use Google Sign-In. You may also revoke Google access as explained above. Refusing or withdrawing information needed for authentication means we may not be able to keep providing account, booking or payment functions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already completed lawfully.

A person under 18 should create an online account, use Google Sign-In or make a booking only with the consent and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child gave us personal information without valid guardian consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.

Our website links to or embeds services operated by Clerk, Google, Cashfree and other third parties. Their own privacy policies govern information they collect for their services. This policy describes how JD's Pro Lounge handles information it receives or controls.

We may update this policy when our website, providers, data practices or legal duties change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. We will post material changes here before or when they take effect.
