Terms of service.

These terms apply when you browse this website, create an account, buy credits, make a booking or use services at JD's Pro Lounge. By doing so, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account, booking or payment services.

Mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

• Give accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized use.
• Do not sell, transfer or share an account to avoid lounge rules or misuse another person's wallet credits.
• If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must consent to your use and supervise your account, bookings and payments. The guardian accepts these terms on your behalf.

A booking is confirmed only when the site shows confirmation and any required credits have been deducted from your wallet. Availability can change until that point. Booking times use the lounge's local time in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

• Check the station, date, start time, group size, price and any amount due at the counter before confirming.
• Arrive in time for your booking. Call the lounge if you expect to be late so staff can tell you whether the slot can still be held.
• A group organizer is responsible for the booking details and for sharing these terms with the other players.
• If booked equipment becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable station, reschedule the booking or return the affected prepaid credits.

Prices and required credits are shown before confirmation. We may change future prices and promotional bonuses, but a later price change will not increase the credits already charged for a confirmed booking.

Lounge credits are a prepaid balance for eligible services at JD's Pro Lounge. They are not legal tender, a bank account or an investment. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless we approve a refund or applicable law requires one. Promotional or bonus credits may carry conditions shown with the offer.

Online top-ups are processed through Cashfree. You must follow the payment provider's terms and use a payment method you are authorized to use. A payment is complete only after the provider confirms it and the credits appear in your wallet. Contact us if money is debited but the corresponding credits do not appear.

To request a cancellation, call 86687 16793 before the booking begins. Staff will confirm whether the booking was cancelled and whether credits will be returned. Eligibility depends on the notice given, the booking circumstances and any promotional conditions communicated at purchase.

If we cancel a confirmed booking before play begins because we cannot provide it, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or return the affected prepaid credits. Approved refunds may be returned as lounge credits or through the original payment method, depending on the reason and legal requirements. Banks and payment providers control the time taken to complete a payment reversal.

Nothing in this section removes a refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

You and the people in your group must:

• follow reasonable safety and staff instructions;
• treat other customers, staff and equipment with care;
• avoid harassment, threats, illegal activity, cheating tools, malware, network attacks and attempts to bypass access controls;
• not damage, disconnect, move or modify lounge equipment without staff approval; and
• follow age ratings and rules that apply to games and events.

You may be responsible for the reasonable cost of damage caused deliberately or through reckless misuse by you or your group.

Sign-in, payments, maps, games, consoles and online gaming networks may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. You are responsible for any personal gaming account you choose to use at the lounge and should sign out before leaving a station.

The website's design, text, graphics and branding belong to JD's Pro Lounge or its licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial access to the service. Do not copy, scrape, modify or republish them without permission, except where the law allows it.

We work to keep the website, payment flow, network and lounge equipment available, but outages, maintenance, provider failures and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt them. We will try to correct service problems and provide the remedies stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, JD's Pro Lounge is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of game progress, third-party account issues or personal items left at the venue. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or harm caused by our negligence where the law does not allow a limitation.

We may refuse a booking, pause an account or require someone to leave the venue when reasonably necessary for safety, suspected fraud, non-payment, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these terms. We will review any remaining paid balance and required refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us if you want to close your account. Financial, booking and dispute records may still be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. The latest version and update date will remain on this page. A material change will not take away a right or confirmed booking that arose before the change unless the law requires it.

Indian law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any forum the law allows you to use, disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
